MGIS has operated in the Red Sea port of Jeddah since 1985. During that time we have acted as agents or correspondents for some of the World’s most prestigious and renowned marine survey and loss adjusting companies, P&I Clubs and insurance underwriters from across the world.
Under the control of the proprietor Mr H.V. Hegde, his senior engineer Mr N.C Shetty and their team of surveyors and loss adjusters, we are able to deal with all aspects of cargo handling as well as machinery break down, property damage and vehicle collision claims at both the Port itself and further afield in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We have reliable, fully qualified agents in both the capital Riyadh and the eastern Gulf port of Dammam.
Our senior mechanical engineer Mr Nareshchandra Shetty has been with MGIS for over 20 years, whilst our senior marine engineer Mr Mohammed Saiful Islam has served the Company and our clientele for the past 14 years.
Mr Prakaschandra, a recent newcomer to MGIS is very well qualified to handle both marine and non-marine surveys.
